When we built the event venue at Samara Farm, we poured our whole hearts into making it the most beautiful, unique, magical place we could imagine. From the cathedral to the forest, the swing to the firepit, everything is made with love. Tell us your dreams and let's make them happen!
ABOUT THE SPACE
FOREST
Overhead string lights fill the forest with fairy-like magic as your guests dance to their favorite songs or chill out around the trillium fire pit.
This is typically where guests will set up a bar, photo booth, or any other activities. See more photos→
MODERN-GOTHIC CATHEDRAL
In the center of the old-growth maple forest is a giant open-air timber-truss cathedral made from local cedar and charred using the Japanese shou sugi ban method. The cathedral can be used for dinners, seated events, or whatever else you can image! See more photos→
BANQUET LAWN
The dining area overlooks our flower and vegetable garden and features peak-a-boo views of Mt. Baker and the Twin Sisters.

OPTIONS
FLEXIBLE SITE ACCESS
In order to ensure that you have enough time to set up and prepare the space, we are happy to work with you to accomodate pre and post-event site access.
TREEHOUSE RENTAL
3 secluded treehouses provide very special sleeping options for overnight events. Treehouses are rustic (no plumbing/electricity).
OVERNIGHT CAMPING FOR 20 TENTS
We offer space in our field or forest for 20 tents.
FIRE PIT
We provide wood and access to our large fire pit surrounded by benches.
GARDEN
We include guest access and tours to our large cut flower and vegetable garden.
BATHROOMS
During the summer we provide 2 standard portable restrooms. Off-season we have an outhouse/pit toilet for guests.
PARKING
Our site has parking for 80 cars. We recommend renting a shuttle for folks that are staying in Bellingham.
CATHEDRAL
The open-air cathedral seats 150 guests, with additional room on the wings for extra seating if necessary.
